Curator's Take
“The first pairing of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, but surprisingly, it's not a comedy. It’s a tough, violent film. Essential to see where their legendary partnership began before it became a cartoon.”
Why This Movie Is Important
Historically vital as the first pairing of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill. Paradoxically, it is a grim, violent film, completely unlike their later comedies. It captures the raw potential of their chemistry before it was refined into the slapstick formula that conquered the world.
