Gunfight at Red Sands is a 1963 romance and western film directed by Ricardo Blasco. Originally released in Italy under the title "Duello nel Texas", the film was produced during the golden era of European westerns. The film features a score composed by Ennio Morricone. Cinematography was handled by Massimo Dallamano. The screenplay was written by Albert Band. The film stars Richard Harrison as Richard - Ricardo 'Gringo' Martinez, Giacomo Rossi Stuart as Sheriff Lance Corbett, and Mikaela Wood as Maria Huertas. Running 1 hour and 37 minutes, it is a well-paced entry in the genre.
