Set at the end of the 19th century in Canada's gold rush Klondike area, wolf-dog White Fang teams up with a prospector when his master is killed. Together they try to avenge his death.
Curator's Take
“Another entry in the 'White Fang' craze. It follows the standard formula: bad guys mistreat nature/people, dog and hero save the day. Competent but forgettable family adventure.”
Why This Movie Is Important
A sequel that confirmed the viability of the family-friendly adventure western. It allowed the industry to pivot towards younger audiences, keeping the sets and costumes in use even as the adult western market faded.
